This is a QPAC presentation.



Los Amigos Invisibles is a New York based, Venezuelan dance band that have gained a large following in the US.Signed to David Byrne's ( Talking Heads ) Luaka Bop label, their music traverses acid jazz, disco, calypso, bossa nova, salsa and funk. They are renowned for their high energy live performances.



The 6 piece group has been the recipient of numerous awards and recognitions including a Latin Grammy Award (2009), two Latin Grammy nominations and two American Grammy nominations (NARAS). They have recorded six studio albums and one live DVD, over their eighteen years in the music business.



They appear for the fist time in Brisbane as part of their second Australian tour.
